I have over 8 years of experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. My experience spans from an AI startup, the BBC, the NHS, and the UK Government. I can navigate projects of any size, complexity, and ambiguity. I specialise in agile ways of working, setting clear product visions and mobilising teams to go from 0 to 1. I’m passionate about using data and user research to build products that delight users.
Past experience
- Led a team to build an AI-powered bid writing software valued at £100M. It writes high-quality, compelling bids in minutes, not days
- Delivered a service for users looking to improve their home’s energy efficiency for the UK government. The service is live, targeting over 10 million households, including 2.5m in fuel poverty. I presented three demoes to No.10, receiving positive praise each time.
- Helped to define the COVID-19 vaccination programme MVP by introducing a service design approach.
- Redesigned the process by which we awarded over £1 billion to build new school buildings.
- Ran Product Management communities to share best practices.
- Led a team to modernise the death certification process in England.
